We are looking for talented Outside Sales Representatives who will maintain quality communication with the existing client base while also generating new business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/take inbound calls to/from target customers in specific industry sectors to identify, qualify and generate new business.
- Maintain "expert" understanding of Ideal Telecom solutions, telephony trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Research target markets to identify prospective customers, contacts, as well as understand company-specific initiatives, issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership team to coordinate, manage & analyze new lead generation programs to ensure results match return on investment objectives.
- Represent Ideal Telecom at conferences, trade shows and other events.
Technician
We are looking for talented Technicians/Installers who have recent experience installing and supporting telephone systems (hardware, software, cabling) in the greater San Diego area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair telephone equipment including data and voice network equipment, network PBX's, key telephone systems, and voice processing systems.
- Responsible for installing, administering, and maintaining all Voice-mail systems, leased Voice and Data circuits to meet FCC/FAA and code requirements.
- Pre-Sales Meeting.
- Site Surveys for Cabling Jobs.
- Troubleshooting remote and on-site.
- Project management of all voice and data installation.
