The KX-NCV200 supports 1024 individual, password protected mailboxes that can hold a programmable number of messages each and 1000 hours fo Voice Storage and ACD Reporting. An auto attendant can answer incoming calls and route the caller to the appropriate extensions or departments. Mailbox owners can retrieve a new message simply by pressing the message waiting button on their Panasonic System Telephone. The KX-NCV system can even deliver your voice messages over email to your inbox, either as an announcement that you have a new message, or actually attaching the message itself to an email as a .wav file. The Panasonic Voice Processing System is designed to be easily integrated with Panasonic's Digital Hybrid IP-PBX.
