When working with us, you can expect a six-phase implementation process: Initial Contact and Qualification: One of our skilled customer service agents will talk with you about your business requirements, time-frame, and anticipated budget. By investing our time together in intelligent evaluation at the beginning, we believe we can deliver a better product more quickly at a lower cost. Onsite Evaluation: In order to prepare an accurate and complete proposal, we strongly recommend an onsite visit from one of our Panasonic certified field service agents. This onsite evaluation allows us to verify the current cabling infrastructure, accurately measure cable runs, determine switch location, and evaluate existing and required equipment. Written Proposal and Recommendation: Following the qualification and onsite evaluation, we will prepare and present a detailed written proposal and provide you with vendor-specific product information. Your Ideal Telecom account manager will sit down with you and go over the specifics of the proposal in order to answer any questions, review alternatives, and make suggestions for how the system could be configured for optimal performance. Acceptance and Project Scheduling: Upon project acceptance, we work with you to establish an effective work schedule that works for your business. We also provide detailed design specifications including a complete parts and component inventory. Installation: Our implementation team of certified Panasonic technicians will work with you to make certain that the installation is done in a timely, professional, and complete way. Of note: If you would like for us to remove your existing system, we are happy to do so and can help you find an appropriate resale broker. Training, Support, Upgrade Plans, Maintenance and Enhancements: Panasonic makes high quality communication systems that provide an extended service life.
